I’ve had the idea to create 100 rokiv tomu vpered long before opening the restaurant. For a couple of years, my team and I traveled all over Ukraine studying ancient documents and looking for original Ukrainian recipes. I suddenly realized that Ukrainian cuisine is far deeper and much more exciting than we’ve ever imagined. Its history is glorious, its power is furious and its potential is simply tremendous.

We gathered lots of authentic recipes and worked on them adjusting to modern times using all the creativity and skills we have.

Every dish you see in our restaurant is created using Ukrainian products only - the ones that were grown and gathered in our Motherland.

I highly recommend you to visit our restaurant at least once to understand the greatness of Ukrainian cuisine and leave all your stereotypes behind.

100 rokiv tomu vpered is a team of the bravest people who’ve decided to discover the other side of Ukrainian gastronomy, and they’re doing it impeccably.

Despite all the dishes being based on traditional recipes, we’re keeping up with the development of the modern world. We’re trying to maintain a balance between our ancestor’s techniques and the most recent inventions in the culinary world.

I’m proud to be a part of the restaurant that shows that Ukraine and its cuisine can be tasty, modern, and relevant in our time. I’m proud that we can become a visiting card of Ukraine to the world.

I’m proud that we do everything with lots of love and with no stereotypes.
