Salad with Green Cream

Our green cream is a Ukrainian reinterpretation of guacamole. Inspired by global culinary trends, we show that Ukrainian cuisine can evolve with the times. Instead of avocado, we use local green peas to create a silky mousse blended with spinach, sorrel, onion, and diced apples. A refreshing and modern salad with a Ukrainian soul.
