Salad with green cream
The green cream we make is our Ukrainian variation of guacamole. Inspired by worldwide trends, we decided to show that Ukrainian cuisine can also keep up with the times. To create our avocado, we used a simple local product - green peas. We cook a tender mousse out of it, then add spinach, sorrel, a little bit of onion, and diced apples.

Salad with wheat
There were no salads in traditional Ukrainian cuisine. However, we enjoy taking local ingredients and creating some new unusual combinations. That's how we invent salads that can easily become a part of traditional cuisine.
How often do you add wheat to your meals? It's time to take a fresh look at it as at an interesting addition to any dish. We mixed fried wheat with eggs and added smoked feta cheese and beef matsik to show you the new way of tasting wheat.
