We decided to improve the original recipe from the book of Ukrainian author Lydia Artyukh so that the dish had a more modern look. We added a bit more eggs to make fluffy apple souffle, added a layer of sponge cake, combined it with brynza, and transformed everything into a sophisticated contemporary dessert.
